As my beautiful Valentine’s Day roses begin to wilt, I wanted to find a way to preserve their beauty longer. So, of course, I went to all knowing Pinterest, and lo and behold, I found a simple DIY Sugar Scrub using rose petals. The rose petals add a beautiful color and scent to this sugar scrub. Not to mention, this sugar scrub makes even the worst winter hands feels soft and smooth. Here’s the simple 3 ingredient recipe….

What You’ll Need:
* 12 rose petals, any color
* 1 1/2 cups of Granulated White Sugar
*1/4 cup of Baby Oil
*& a Pretty Jar
How To Make:
Place the rose petals, white sugar, and baby oil into a food processor and blend until well incorporated. Transfer your sugar scrub to a pretty jar, and display proudly in your bathroom.
You won’t believe how soft your skin will feel after just one use. And, who knew it was so simple to make a DIY Sugar Scrub? Where has this been all my life? My winter dry hands sure do appreciate it, and now I feel like I get to enjoy my flowers even longer thanks to the beautiful color and scent they add.
