One tradition we look forward to every summer is completing The Color Run together as a family. It is the best 5K for families, in my opinion. My niece has grown up doing The Color Run every year and loves exploring the new themes each summertime. Although we loved this year’s Love Tour, the bright color stations, groovy tie-dye, and flower power, I think Brianna’s favorite was a few years ago when she got to run through a cloud of glitter. It was her dream and our worst nightmare! Ha!

What is the Color Run?
The Color Run is family-friendly 5K (3.5 miles) run/walk/roll that dowses “runners” in colorful powder every kilometer and supports local charities.
What should I expect?
You can expect to start the race sparkly clean and end a bit more colorful than at the beginning. Also expect to see unicorns and tutus, people of all shapes and sizes, strollers and wheelchairs, young and old all having a blast. And you definitely don’t want to miss the epic after-party where you can take selfies, enjoy treats, dance with the DJ, and participate in an amazing color throw.
How do I find a Color Run near me?
To find a Color Run near you, click here. They change tour themes every year so no run is the same. That is part of the fun! Also, they tour all year long in cities all across the United States.
How much does it cost?
The Color Run varies in price depending on if you want your packet delivered to your home or not. Our race packets were delivered right to our door for $45. The
