Mindfulness is so important, especially during pregnancy, and the Expectful app includes guided meditations for your entire journey to parenthood. From trying to conceive and throughout pregnancy, you’ll find relaxation and calm moments in this lovely app.
Baby Pics
Baby Pics helps you “capture precious moments” with cute photo editing options so you can Instagram your pregnancy and your baby’s milestones till your heart’s content. You have to check out this amazing app.
Baby List
The Baby List App can help you build the perfect baby registry all in one place. You can choose items from various stores and online shops including, Amazon, Target, Buy Buy Baby, and Etsy. You can even add my online prenatal courses, The Mommy Masterclasses, to your Baby List Registry. Streamline all your baby needs with this very useful app.
What To Expect Pregnancy App
If there is one pregnancy app you need to download over all the others, this would be the one. Do you remember the books “What to Expect When You’re Expecting”? Well, this is that book in an app. Learn all about your baby’s development, your body changes, and fun facts about pregnancy all in one place. This a must-have app!
The Bump
The Bump app includes pregnancy-related articles, updates on your bump’s growth and development, a pregnancy planner with what to expect next, and super cute wallpaper countdowns to add to your smartphone. This is another really good app filled to the brim with pregnancy knowledge.
Baby Center
Not only does The Baby Center pregnancy app include a ton of useful information about your growing belly, but it also includes a plentiful amount of useful tools. You can join a community of women due in the same month to bounce ideas and questions off of. And, you have to check out the “Tools” section of the app where you’ll find a kick counter and contraction timer, as well a registry checklist and baby name ideas. This app has it all.
Mommy Meds
Mommy Meds is a great way to check your medications during pregnancy. This app explains what is safe to take during pregnancy and what isn’t, and also includes a plethora of research articles. This app costs $3.99 to download but is worth every penny.
Sprout Pregnancy App
Sprout Pregnancy App is the only app that features Next Generation 3D Interaction where you can experience your baby’s growth like never before including “read-to-life interactive movements, kicking, heartbeat, and more”. Plus this app includes a Pregnancy Journal to view or print in pdf. “Capture belly photos and all of your special pregnancy thoughts and moments” with the included fun entry ideas (over 350 of them to be exact).
My Baby’s Beat
This state-of-the-art app is simply incredible. Listen to your baby’s heartbeat on your smartphone, record it, and share it, friends and family, if you like. This app comes with instructions on how and where to find your baby’s heartbeat so you can find it quickly and easily. This app comes with a peace of mind that is invaluable for $4.99.
YogiBirth Pregnancy App
Yoga has been proven to be extremely beneficial during pregnancy not only to calm your heart and mind but also to prepare your body for the marathon of birth. This YogiBirth App includes yoga practices and meditations to help you gently stretch and build your strength while growing your little one.
The Short Years
This app helps you build the perfect baby book right on your smartphone. Answer just a few quick questions every week, upload photos of your growing belly/baby, and The Short Years company will print your customized baby book pages and ship them right to your door. How cool is that? And, it’s quite affordable too!
